Below is an information guide developed to assist you and your unique needs as an Australian patient at RestorMedicine.

Setting up your appointment:

Firstly, the best way to communicate with us is via email to Adriana – Adriana@restormedicine.com.  She will handle scheduling, your new patient paperwork and any other administrative issues including supplement orders and shipping.

Paperwork must be received back to the office prior to your appointment time.  Copies of labs, medication and supplements lists, and timelines of events/ symptoms are most helpful.  Please send all documents in PDF format if emailing or fax to 1 (619) 270 2582. (more…)
